My models and textures are allowed to be used in streaming as well as commercial or non-commercial worlds or avatars. My models can be used outside of VRChat as well.
No reselling unmodified or slightly modified assets. In a finished avatar, world or game you are allowed to use my assets with appropriate crediting.
If you are using an avatar I made using other people's assets you must follow their TOS regarding their assets as well as my own.
Digital Content including but not limited to commissions are Non-Refundable as is the nature of digital content.
If you are doing business with me It will be assumed that you agree to these terms and breaking them will be followed with appropriate action.

テキスト私のモデルやテクスチャは、ストリーミングや商用・非商用のワールドやアバターでの使用が許可されています。 私のモデルはVRChatの外でも使用することができます。 無修正または少し修正したアセットを再販することはできません。 完成したアバター、ワールド、ゲームでは、適切なクレジットの記載があれば、私のアセットを使用することができます。 他の人のアセットを使用して私が作ったアバターを使用する場合は、私のアセットと同様に、その人のアセットに関するTOSに従わなければなりません。 デジタルコンテンツの性質上、コミッションを含むがこれに限定されないデジタルコンテンツは返金不可です。 私と取引する場合は、これらの条件に同意したものとみなされ、違反した場合は適切な措置が取られます。
