3D Model Terms Of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my models or textures ("Assets"), you agree to the following terms:1. Permitted Use
My Assets may be used in both commercial and non-commercial projects, including but not limited to avatars, worlds, and games. Usage in streaming content and outside of VRChat is also permitted.
2. Restrictions
Reselling or redistributing the Assets in their original, unmodified, or minimally modified form is strictly prohibited.Assets must be incorporated into a finished product (e.g., an avatar, world, or game) and may not be sold or shared as standalone files.
3. Crediting
Proper credit must be given when my Assets are used in any distributed or publicly shared project.
Example of appropriate crediting:"Asset by Lil Pink Devil, available at [Link to asset page]"Crediting should be placed in a visible and relevant location, such as a product description, credits section, documentation, or within the project itself.
4. Refund Policy
All digital content, including but not limited to commissioned work and items purchased through shops, is non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
5. Agreement to Terms
By engaging in any transaction or usage of my Assets, it is understood that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Any violation of these terms may result in appropriate action, including but not limited to revocation of usage rights or legal recourse.

By purchasing or using any music or audio content ("Audio Assets") created by me, you agree to the following terms:1. Permitted Use for Purchased Audio Assets
Audio Assets purchased through official platforms such as BOOTH or Jinxxy may be used in the following ways:In videos (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, streaming content, etc.)On avatars (e.g., VRChat, VTubing, etc.)Within games or interactive mediaFor commercial or non-commercial projects, provided the usage complies with these terms2. Restrictions
Reselling or redistribution of the Audio Assets, whether modified or unmodified, is strictly prohibited.You may not claim ownership or authorship of the Audio Assets.Use of the Audio Assets in any way that promotes hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or explicit content without context or appropriate age restriction is not allowed.3. Spotify and Streaming-Only Music
Audio published on my Spotify or other music streaming platforms (unless also made available on BOOTH or Jinxxy for purchase) is not licensed for commercial use.
This includes but is not limited to use in monetized content, advertisements, games, or any paid product or service.If you are unsure whether a specific track is licensed for commercial use, please contact me directly before using it.4. Crediting Requirements

Refund Policy
All Audio Asset purchases are non-refundable, as they are digital goods that cannot be returned once delivered.6. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Audio Asset, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Violations may result in a revocation of usage rights and/or legal action.
